Explore cis-eQTL-regulated genes - Lung eQTL Portal

This form is used to find lung eQTL-regulated genes for one variant or a list of variants. For example, you may have a list of GWAS-nominated variants that you want to test for lung eQTL in order to prioritize candidate genes. You need to provide the window size of how you defined cis-eQTLs (i.e. the distance in kilobase on either side of the variant) and at least one variant.
